Counselling services
Therapy is a deeply personal experience. Book a free 15 min consultation to discuss your therapeutic needs and goals. This time is useful for the two of us to get to ask each other important questions before we start the work.
One-on-one counselling session. Our first session will be an intake session for us to learn about each other, discuss counselling goals, and discuss other essential information for our ongoing work. The following sessions will focus on our counselling goals, relevant skill building, and continuous assessment of needs.
Counselling is often needed when we struggle financially. I want to be mindful of financial barriers to counselling for potential clients. If that’s the case for you, we can discuss what may work for you.
